What is involved in my consultation?

A two-part in-home visit will be conducted in order to obtain the information necessary to provide you with your feng shui analysis. The first visit is for compass readings and information gathering purposes. The second visit will provide you with your analysis and suggested courses of action.

What is needed from me in order for a feng shui analysis to be done?

-You will need birth dates of everyone in the home that you wish to include in the analysis. Why do I need birth dates? The Chinese believe that the first breath you take determines your destiny. Your birth date determines your ming gua. It is the guardian star under which you were born. It is a number affiliated with a five phase element and one of the eight trigrams. Your ming gua says a lot about your character and how you relate to others. It is used to determine compatability with your dwelling

-You will need to know the constructed date of your home and have floor plans of your home with dimensions and room sizes. (For a fee, I can measure your home for you.) If you have it, a survey is also helpful to determine lot orientation and external elements, this is usually something that is included with your title and mortgage paperwork that you received when you purchased your home. Why do you need the constructed date? Well the constructed date is like the birth date of your home. Your house also has a destiny based on when it was "born" and a personality associated with it as well.
